GVest Traditional Infrastructure LP

The CC&L GVest Traditional Infrastructure LP is an open-ended, infrastructure limited partnership fund dedicated to investing in the equity and long operating life-cycle of traditional infrastructure projects. Employees of Graham Group, in their personal capacities, are significant investors in the Fund.

CC&L Traditional Infrastructure Ltd. (“CC&L Infrastructure”) invests in a broad range of North American infrastructure companies and projects with long lives, highly attractive risk-return characteristics and the potential to generate stable cash flow. CC&L Infrastructure is an affiliate of Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, a multi-boutique asset management firm responsible for the investment of over $39 billion in assets through its affiliated investment managers on behalf of advisors, individuals and institutional clients. Management and private clients of CC&L are also limited partners in the Fund. Gracorp and CC&L Infrastructure jointly govern the Fund.

The Fund may periodically permit new subscriptions from accredited and eligible investors.

GVest Private Equity LP

The GVest Private Equity LP is an open-ended, private equity limited partnership fund that invests in a wide variety of private projects. The fund is managed by Gracorp, governed by Gracorp plus at least two independent directors, and is predominantly owned by employees of Graham Group investing in their personal capacities. Other accredited investors also participate in the fund, including RRSP investors through their accounts at Canaccord Genuity.
